1. Qué es AgendaQuote

AgendaQuote es solo una herramienta de organización: calcula presupuestos orientativos, guarda tu agenda, te ayuda a enviar mensajes a tus clientes y genera documentos (presupuestos y comprobantes en PDF).

AgendaQuote no presta servicios de limpieza, no contrata ni emplea a los cleaners, no busca clientes, no supervisa los trabajos y no interviene en los pagos entre el cleaner y su cliente.

2. Responsabilidad del cleaner

Cada cleaner trabaja por su cuenta y es el único responsable de sus servicios: la calidad del trabajo, los daños, pérdidas o lesiones, el trato con sus clientes, los cobros, los impuestos, las licencias y permisos que exija su estado o ciudad, y su propio seguro.

Cualquier reclamación relacionada con un servicio de limpieza debe resolverse entre el cleaner, su cliente y, en su caso, la aseguradora del cleaner. Recomendamos tener un seguro de responsabilidad civil (general liability) y, si es posible, una fianza (bond).

Los precios que calcula la app son una referencia basada en datos públicos de salarios por estado. El precio final lo decide siempre el cleaner.

El texto de "Confirmación de satisfacción del cliente" es un modelo general. El cleaner decide si lo usa y es responsable de que se ajuste a su negocio y a las leyes de su estado.

3. Datos de tus clientes y mensajes

Tú eres responsable de los datos de tus clientes que guardas en la app (nombre, teléfono, email, dirección, fotos y firmas) y de tener su permiso para guardarlos y para escribirles por mensaje de texto o email.

Envía mensajes solo a clientes que te hayan dado su número para hablar contigo sobre tus servicios. No uses AgendaQuote para enviar publicidad masiva o no solicitada.

4. Tu cuenta

Debes ser mayor de 18 años y dar datos reales. Cada cuenta es personal: no compartas tu contraseña. Por seguridad, la cuenta solo puede estar abierta en un teléfono a la vez.

Podemos pausar o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos, que se usen para fraudes o abusos, o que pongan en riesgo el servicio.

5. Planes y precios

Hay un plan gratuito y un plan Pro. Las promociones (por ejemplo, el mes Pro gratis para los primeros cleaners) tienen la duración que se indique en la app. Si cambiamos los precios o las funciones de un plan, lo avisaremos antes en la app.

6. Disponibilidad y garantías

La app se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Trabajamos para que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que funcione sin interrupciones. Te recomendamos guardar tus PDF importantes.

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida en que lo permita la ley, AgendaQuote y su titular no son responsables de daños indirectos, pérdida de ingresos, de clientes o de datos, ni de ningún daño derivado de los servicios de limpieza que prestes o de tu relación con tus clientes.

En cualquier caso, la responsabilidad total de AgendaQuote se limita a lo que hayas pagado por la app en los 12 meses anteriores a la reclamación.

8. Cambios y contacto

Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de la última versión aparece arriba. Si los cambios son importantes, lo avisaremos en la app.

1. What AgendaQuote is

AgendaQuote is only an organization tool: it calculates estimated quotes, keeps your schedule, helps you message your clients and creates documents (PDF quotes and receipts).

AgendaQuote does not provide cleaning services, does not hire or employ cleaners, does not find clients, does not supervise any job and is not involved in payments between the cleaner and their client.

2. The cleaner's responsibility

Each cleaner works independently and is solely responsible for their services: quality of work, damage, loss or injury, dealings with their clients, payments, taxes, any licenses or permits required by their state or city, and their own insurance.

Any claim related to a cleaning service must be resolved between the cleaner, their client and, where applicable, the cleaner's insurance company. We recommend carrying general liability insurance and, if possible, a bond.

Prices calculated by the app are a reference based on public wage data by state. The final price is always set by the cleaner.

The "Customer Satisfaction Confirmation" text is a general template. The cleaner decides whether to use it and is responsible for making sure it fits their business and the laws of their state.

3. Your clients' data and messages

You are responsible for the client data you store in the app (name, phone, email, address, photos and signatures) and for having their permission to store it and to contact them by text message or email.

Only text clients who gave you their number to talk about your services. Do not use AgendaQuote to send bulk or unsolicited marketing messages.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Each account is personal: do not share your password. For security, an account can only be signed in on one phone at a time.

We may pause or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud or abuse, or put the service at risk.

5. Plans and pricing

There is a free plan and a Pro plan. Promotions (for example, the free Pro month for early cleaners) last as stated in the app. If we change the prices or features of a plan, we will announce it in the app beforehand.

6. Availability and warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We recommend saving your important PDFs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgendaQuote and its owner are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, clients or data, or any damage arising from the cleaning services you provide or your relationship with your clients.

In any case, AgendaQuote's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown above. If changes are significant, we will announce them in the app.
